Data controller

Universal Search for Pimcore is developed and run by Tayron Barbisan, a natural person, who is the data controller. Contact: info@2bdev.studio.

What data we process

• Pro waiting list. If you join it, we store your email address, the company name if you enter it, and the date you gave consent. The form sends them to our own content management system (Cockpit CMS), installed on the same server as the site: the data never passes through external services.
• Browsing data. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and basic request details (page, browser, time). To limit abuse a pseudonymised (hashed) form of the IP address is kept for a few minutes, and the server access logs record it for up to 7 days.

We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools, and we make no automated decisions or profiling based on your data.

Joining the waiting list is optional. The email address is needed to write to you; without it you can still use the site and the free version normally.

Purposes and legal basis

• Waiting list: telling you when Universal Search Pro is available and sharing early-access pricing. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Browsing data: delivering the site, keeping it secure and blocking abuse such as spam submissions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

We don't sell or share the waiting list. The site and the waiting list are hosted by Keliweb s.r.l. (VAT IT03281320782), which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor, on servers located in Italy. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Retention

• Waiting list: until Pro launches plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
• Server access logs: up to 7 days, for security and troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to the waiting list whenever you want, without affecting what was done before. Write to info@2bdev.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Third-party services

Everything the site needs (fonts, styles, scripts, images) is served from our own server: browsing it opens no connection to third-party services such as Google Fonts or external CDNs.

Cookie policy

Which cookies we use

None. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser (no localStorage or similar technologies), so there is no cookie banner and no consent to give.

Managing cookies

If we ever add cookies that need your consent, such as analytics, we will update this page and ask you first through a banner. Meanwhile you can block or delete cookies for any site from your browser settings.
